Our mental health awareness initiatives aim to discuss mental health with parents, children, teens, youth, teachers, professionals and elderly. 

 

We want to make it easier to ask  about sexuality, trauma, grief, drug use.. and so much more and we want to build a community that can have these conversations safely without the fear of judgment
